Don't be how I sometimes am.... Flaky.
On the 2nd most American Holiday of the year I managed to flake out on my pal Dan and his lady Caitlin...
Truth is I started driving to their house but the 22 mile trek held me back and I turned around after driving for half a mile.
I'd spend all day with my folks watching the most recent exports of Mexican cinema, eating berries and chocolates and drinking black tea. Needless to say that "laziness" was the word of the day.
That is no excuse however, because I promised them I was gonna show and I did not- now I feel guilty
(but since I'm Catholic I'm used to it)
so please learn from my shortcomings and do not flake out on your pals.
