The Intelligentsia coffee shop, at the Sunset Junction in Los Angeles, is a drug front. They peddle crack-cocaine masked as delicious, flavorful coffee.

My all-time favorite snack... that's my coin purse in background.

Breakfast

It's my favorite meal of the day and I only have it properly on weekends. On this day- it was eggs and pancakes.

Broccoli and Potatoes

Broccoli is best served steamed, Potatoes taste great no matter how you cook 'em.

Chips

It is preferable that the tortilla chip be home-made.

Pumpkin loaf

The pumpkin loaf was sprinkled with chocolate chips. 1500 calories later I felt like a champ.

Bananas

My usual breakfast. 1 of these accompanied with a double soy-latte in a 12oz. paper cup...delicious!

Dinner with Coco

mysteriously, the "avocado melt" at Masa in Echo Park does not contain any visible avocado slices. I had to dig deep past the added Tomato slice to find 2 strands of avocado... hardly an "avocado" melt... more like a "let me down" melt.
